Honeywell Sr Sales Operations Supervisor in Charlotte, North Carolina
As a Sales Excellence Operations Manager here at Honeywell, you will be a pivotal force in driving operational efficiency and elevating the overall effectiveness of our sales organization. Your role will involve implementing best practices, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in ensuring that our sales team operates at its peak performance. You will report directly to our Sales Excellence Director and you'll work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the sales organization by driving operational efficiency, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will be responsible for the planning and management of sales incentives on a global scale.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and lead the Sales Excellence team to drive sales performance and efficiency
Develop and implement sales processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance sales effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address sales process gaps and opportunities
Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
Provide guidance and support to the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives
Deliver sales training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team

YOU MUST HAVE
6+ years of transferrable experience
Proven experience in sales excellence or sales operations roles
Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in delivering sales training programs
WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
Additional certifications in sales or sales excellence is a plus
Passion for driving sales excellence and achieving business objectives
Ability to lead and motivate a team towards success
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data
