Wells Fargo is seeking an Executive Director – Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Corporate Risk Business Management Shared Services Team. This role reports to the Head of Business Management Shared Services in Corporate Risk CAO Strategy, Planning & Governance and partners with all Risk businesses. The purpose of this role is to support the execution of Corporate Risk’s strategic priorities, delivering value for the Risk function. This is a highly visible role which requires extensive partnership across numerous stakeholder groups and levels within the organization.
In this role, you will:
Lead the end-to-end execution of select Corporate Risk strategic priorities.
Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to drive productive and efficient outcomes, address conflict and ensure alignment with Corporate Risk and Enterprise objectives.
Serve as an accountable leader managing complex data sets and plans, cross-business and cross-functional engagement, and collaboration to drive executive decisions and positive outcomes.
Support and lead the development of business solutions and processes, as well as continuous improvement for accountable business processes within the organization.
Partner horizontally with Corporate Risk CAO Strategy, Planning & Governance functions to add value for Corporate Risk.
Act as a trusted advisor and business liaison between multiple stakeholder groups such as Corporate Risk executives, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Corporate Properties Group, Finance, and Enterprise COO/CAO functions.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in two or a combination of the following: client-facing management consulting, business and/or operations roles
Advanced executive presentation skills: ability to prepare and present complex information, proposals, analysis, and summaries to executive leaders
Advanced Microsoft Excel, data insights and visualization skills
Experience in supporting cross-organizational strategic initiatives, transformation initiatives, and/or change management initiatives at a large organization with the ability to drive productive change
Experience as a trusted advisor to stakeholders with the ability to contribute independent perspective and anticipate the needs of clients
Strong ability to visualize outcomes based on intent (what and why) and develop and drive solutions (how) at an executive level
