This position will assist the business with optimizing web content on Truist.com and other digital properties to deliver incremental key business goals such as application completes, digital engagement and other behaviors, by performing various optimizations including A/B split and multivariate testing, segment-based and behavioral targeting, and personalization efforts. The position will work with the Adobe Marketing stack (such as Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and Target) to measure and analyze web behavior, build and test content, create personalization strategies with various target audiences, as well as communicate results and learnings to a broad group of stakeholders across the business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ( Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time .)

  • Design, develop, manage, and analyze A/B tests, multivariate testing, segment-based and behavioral targeting, and personalization efforts with cross-functional team involvement from marketers, project managers, designers, and developers.

  • Optimization hypothesis creation and validation through analysis of site user behavior data – Lead the hypothesis generation process and clearly opportunities/recommend actions that can reduce user friction and have positive improvements for Truist.com's site experience and financial goals.

  • Create test strategy roadmaps that include defining hypothesis, documenting test goals, identifying elements being tested, and creating test timing estimations and reporting.

  • Assist in developing strategy for and helping execute putting the right message in front of the right user at the right time using Adobe personalization tools such as the Sensei artificial Intelligence engine.

  • Establish strong working partnerships with relevant areas of the business and global teams (Marketing, Product Management, IT, User Experience, etc) and collaborate with cross functional partners to develop clear and measurable business and testing objectives and define test KPIs (both financial and engagement metrics).

  • Act as a key liaison with stakeholders and external agencies with respect to A/B test analysis framework.

  • Deliver data, results, and insights at completion of tests by building timely, compelling, fact-based test recaps that strongly communicate the business story behind the data and test outcomes. Tie site KPIs and results to financial metrics. Identify successes, learning, trends and next steps. Effectively present these findings to the organization in a succinct way.

  • Establish and maintain documentation of all optimization efforts.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Deep specialized (SME) and/or broad knowledge within the marketing (or related) discipline. Sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes managing a process.

  • Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and implement best practices to improve products, processes, or services.

  • Ability to lead projects of significant complexity and risk exposure, in addition to leading a team of professionals.

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges in the context of business objectives and priorities.

  • Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems.

  • Ability to influence others to adopt a new perspective.

  • Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and an understanding of the market and regulatory factors that shape the industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agile certified

  • Adobe product suite certifications

  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and/or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, or similar web analytics products.

  • Experience with Adobe Target or similar toolset.

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform.

  • Knowledge of statistical science methodologies

  • Knowledge of basic web coding (HTML, XML, JavaScript, etc)

  • Master’s degree or MBA and 9 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Banking or financial services experience.

The annual base salary for this position is $115-138K.
