Salary: $80,000 - $85,000

Job Summary

Join Eurest as an Assistant General Manager at the Delta Lounge in Charlotte Airport, where fine dining meets outstanding service. Your role will be to successfully implement and maintain our esteemed standards while encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws

• Interview, hire, train, and mentor employees and managers

• Participate in employee meetings and training programs

• Maintain food costs while ensuring quality standards

• Manage purchasing and inventory controls

• Be knowledgeable on HACCP controls along with accurate storage and use of food

• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned

  Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience

• Five to seven years upscale food service experience, including one year of multi-unit management

• Proven leadership and organizational skills

• Effective problem-solving and conflict management skills

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong customer service experience required

• ServSafe or Department of Health certification a plus
