ManTech Supply Technician in Charleston, South Carolina

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Supply Technician to join our team in Charleston, SC. The position is onsite.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing the procurement, storage, and distribution of project materials and equipment for our vehicular C4ISR/EW initiative

  • Utilizing CMPro for effective configuration management, ensuring that all resources are accounted for and managed systematically. This tool will be pivotal in tracking the lifecycle of each item, from acquisition to deployment

  • Working closely with project managers and technical teams, providing critical support that impacts the overall success and efficiency of the project

  • Handling various aspects of supply chain and resource allocation within a complex technical environment

  • Managing stock levels, ordering new supplies, and coordinating the distribution of materials to various teams and departments

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory, performing regular audits, and ensuring that supplies are readily available as needed for the project

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED

  • 5+ years of experience, to include: supervisory or warehouse lead at a DoD facility; financial management; logistics support for projects involving electronic/ electrical repair and installation, ordering, acquisition, distribution of material, equipment and resources

  • Professional experience providing direct support of defense life-cycle logistics

  • Experience utilizing CMPro or other automated information system for material management

Clearance Requirements:

  • US Citizenship required and an Active Secret Security clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

  • Often positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.

  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

  • May be asked to move Audio/Visual or Computer equipment.
