Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Secret cleared Senior Project Manager to support the program manager and programmatic responsibilities. Around 25% travel is required to the DC and Norfolk, VA areas. This individual needs to be well-versed in NIWC contracting and project management. The day-to-day includes:

• Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes. Work closely with technical experts/project leads to ensure timely completion of deliverables with focus on meeting project commitments and quality control.

• Define, communicate, and deliver on project milestones, deliverables, and service levels

• Measure project performance to stay within established budgets and timelines, while providing exceptional quality.

• Direct and execute task/delivery orders as defined for the applicable contract

• Assist with estimation, preparation, and justification in planning, programming, and budgeting activities.

• Expert in Problem Framing and driving solutions towards results.

Skills and Requirements

• Active Secret clearance or higher

• Bachelors degree in business or technical field

• Active PMP certification

• 5+ years of experience within DoD/DHS contracting environment, managing risk, cost, schedule, and performance

• Strong financial mind; expertise in developing and managing complex budgets

• Background with both the Navy (ideally NIWC) and DHS (ideally Coast Guard) null
