Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in the construction industry, based in Charleston, South Carolina. In this role, you will coordinate closely with project managers and the accounting manager to ensure seamless bookkeeping operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with project managers to maintain vendor compliance

• Utilizing computerized accounting systems and Microsoft Excel to manage financial data

• Overseeing the entirety of accounts payable functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely receipt of payments

• Conducting annual budgeting activities and cash flow analysis

• Ensuring the accuracy of all accounting functions and processes

• Regularly reviewing and updating accounting software systems

• Resolving any discrepancies or issues related to accounting functions. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential

• Experience with Computerized Accounting System is required

• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel is necessary

• Strong understanding of various Accounting Functions is vital

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) procedures is a must

• Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial

• Experience in creating and managing Annual Budgets is required

• Ability to perform Cash Flow Analysis is a key requirement
