Supervises the preliminary survey activities for the Bureau of Right of Way. Manages the internal resources, along with coordination of Consultant\ survey resources utilized by the Bureau.

Employee is given the latitude to complete the work assignments in the most efficient manner possible. Standard Operating Manuals\ (SOMs), Equipment Manuals, and the KDOT Design Manual dictate methods and procedures to utilize in completing work assignments.\ Work assignments are written through the survey request and the Management System schedules.
