As a National Security Solutions – Power BI Intern, you will:

• Develop custom applications, automation workflows, and data-driven dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate).

• Assist Power Platform SMEs with application development, process automation, and performance optimization.

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements and build user-centric solutions.

• Analyze and improve business processes through automation and data integration.

• Document solutions, project progress, and best practices for system deployment.

• Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancements of Power Platform-based applications.

  Selected interns for this paid opportunity will be provided with the opportunity to mentor with experienced professionals, gain experience and establish a name for themselves in this high demand career field.

  Required Skillset:

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related technical field.

• Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate).

• Familiarity with data integration concepts and business process automation.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  Desired Skillset:

• Previous experience developing Power Platform solutions or supporting IT projects.

• Knowledge of data visualization and dashboard design best practices.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint

  Scheduled Weekly Hours: Average 40 hours per week.

Requirement:

• Must be a US Citizen

• Must pass a Security Pre-Screen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
