Responsibilities Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our senior living team in Chanhassen, MN! This position will monitor preventative maintenance programs and repair building systems and equipment. They will also train other building staff, as needed, on basic trouble-shooting of building systems and equipment.

This maintenace/repairs/grounds schedule includes;

• 72 hours every two weeks

• Day shift

• Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Riley Crossing is one of our newest senior living communities located in Chanhassen, MN near Hwy 101 and County Road 212. It hosts 134 units of Independent/Assisted Living, Enhanced and Memory Care in total. This location also offers on-site intergenerational childcare and interactive programming with our seniors. • Basic maintenance and safety awareness

• Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, staff, vendors, visitors and supervisors.

• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.

• Ability to respond to tenant/visitor/staff medical emergencies in accordance with facility guidelines.

Required:

• Current Driver’s License (in good standing)

• Experience with mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, and electrical systems

• One to three years of previous experience

Preferred:

• High school Diploma/GED

• Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $19 - $25 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on relevant experience
