Responsibilities
Provides comprehensive assessments of acute care and outpatient ostomy clinic patients, develops and/or recommends a plan of care, renders treatment when needed and offers educational support to patients with all types of wounds, skin issues, fistulas, and ostomies. Works as part of a multidisciplinary team. Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, patient protocols, and quality improvement activities. Provides staff support and education in current evidence based practice and in formulary selection and utilization.

Experience:
Two (2) years acute care background
Education:
BSN
Licensure:
AZ RN license or compact state with multistate privileges
Current American Heart Association BLS
Preferred: Wound Certification from nationally recognized organization (CWOCN, CWCN, CCWS)
Pay Range
$35.28 - $51.16 /hour
