Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

• Experience as an Agile and/or Scrum product owner - strong knowledge of test-driven development

• Demonstrated ability to stand-up brand-new regulated products

• Communication skills PowerPoint and presentations

• Ability to understand different data pipelines and hydration capabilities (to help identify, transform, and load data)

• Atlassian confluence & Jira

• Jira/ ALM Octane – new testing software for artifacts

• GitHub

• SharePoint

• MS teams

What You Will Be Doing

• Coach the team on test driven development

• Assist with handle regulatory MRA’s

• Act as a leader for scrum teams by providing direction and problem solving

• Provide updates and create PowerPoint presentations for leadership

• Liaison with stakeholders on behalf of the team

• Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Product Management.

• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Product Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.

• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.

• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
