Compensation and Schedule for the Front Office/Medical Records Representative

Front Office/Medical Records Representative – Full-time, onsite, $17-$20 per hour, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Great office to work in with huge opportunities for growth!

Required Qualifications for the Front Office/Medical Records Representative

• 1+ years of recent medical front office experience required

• High school diploma or GED required

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Responsibilities of the Front Office/Medical Records Representative

• Greet and check-in patients

• Collect registration form, patient identification, insurance information, and financial responsibility

• Verify insurance

• Answer phones

• Handle appointment scheduling and re-scheduling

• Schedule in-office procedures

• Prep charts

• Handle medical records

• Other administrative duties as assigned
