Designation: Data Validation

Job Location: Chandigarh (IT Park)

Educational Criteria: Non-IT Graduate or 3 Year Diploma in engineering post 10+2 (2020-2024 batch only)

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel, MS Word & Power Point, Excellent Communication Skills.

Contract: 6 months

Work Mode: WFO (5 days)

Working Shift:

  • Should be available for 24*5 working & on Weekends / Public holidays too as per business requirement.

  • Flexible to work in shifts rotation as per business requirement.

Interview Criteria: 2 Rounds (Both Face to Face)

Purpose of Role:

The job of data validation is crucial to the entire scan and capture cycle since the client completely validates the documents that are going to be given. The Data Validation team is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data given to the customer following manual validation and indexing. They must also promptly raise an alarm if they see any abnormalities in the Data Validation Cycle. The Data Validation team is always looking for ways to make improvements.

Scope of Role:

Data validation ensures that information from customer-provided documents—like invoices, claims, utility bills, etc. is accurately captured into forms generated by system. Showcase and provide our scan and capture customers with an exceptional level of assistance and accurate data. The role has major duties related to data accuracy and is essential to the continuous enhancement of the scan and capture process.

Areas of Expertise and Focus:

  • Basic Computer Knowledge

  • Microsoft Office, (Pref.)

Background, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduation in Non-IT 2020 to 2024 batch only (BA, B.com, BBA, B.sc non-IT) or 3 Year Diploma in engineering post 10+2

  • Candidates with more than 1 year experience are not eligible.

  • Candidate should be able to work within tight timelines & maintain quality standards.

  • Should be comfortable in handling large volumes of data and manage productivity numbers.

  • Basic Knowledge on Excel & Power point

  • Must have good Communication skills, a Logical thinker & a Team player. Should be able to converse in English fluently.

  • Should be available for 24*5 working & on Weekends /Public holidays too as per business requirement.

  • Flexible to work in shifts rotation as per business requirement.

  • Open to Work from Office in compliance to all health & safety guidelines

  • Preference would be given to candidate having exposure working on European Languages.

Location of this Role:

  • Typically, the role will be home based with travel or relocation as required per business need and company policy.

  • Selected candidates will be required to support international clients. Hence required to work on Indian Public Holidays and follow international clients list of holidays
