Robert Half Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in Cerritos, California

Description We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team in the Security industry, located in Cerritos, California. The role involves overseeing financial analysis, audits, tax preparation, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. You will also be given the responsibility of managing accounting functions and daily bank relations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial analysis and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations

• Manage tax preparation activities, ensuring all financial obligations are met in a timely manner

• Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting strategies to support business objectives

• Monitor cash flow and manage capital effectively to ensure financial stability

• Liaise with banks on a daily basis, maintaining strong relationships and managing transactions

• Oversee HR functions, ensuring all activities align with company policies and legal requirements

• Utilize CRM software for customer relationship management

• Implement annual budget processes and maintain the business unit budget

• Use Sage 300 for various accounting functions

• Oversee the management of customer credit applications and records.

Please note that this role does not offer the possibility of transitioning into a permanent or permanent contract. Requirements • Possess a minimum of five years of experience in financial planning and analysis

• Mastery of 3M, CRM, and Sage 300 software is necessary

• Demonstrated experience in managing accounting functions

• Proficiency in developing and managing annual budgets and budget processes

• Experience in working with different business units is a must

• Strong skills in capital management are necessary

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field is required

• Proven leadership and team management abilities

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
