Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is now hiring Restoration Supervisors in Centennial, CO! The ideal candidates will perform advanced techniques for water, fire and mold mitigation, responding to emergency and non-emergency services jobs, professional supervision of mitigation jobs, complete timely and accurate paperwork, as well as field supervision and mentorship of restoration technicians and laborer

Job Highlights:

Oversee teams of 2-12 employees Proficient in all restoration techniques, including: pack outs, water/fire/mold mitigation, on site cleaning, content handling/processing/deodorization, microbial remediation, structural board-up a Field supervision of the efficiency and progress of restoration technicians and temporary labor personnel Complete all necessary paperwork including, but not limited to: emergency mitigation spec sheets, daily project summaries, moisture tracking logs, diagrams, work authorizations and inventories Assist in maintaining condition and proper inventory of equipment, consumables, vehicles, and employee PPE and tools Representation on emergency mitigation on-call rotation

What we look for:

2+ years' experience in Restoration (NOT Construction) Water Certification required (WRT) Valid and current driver's license Ability to work in a hands-on position
