Your Role
The Integrated Logistics Specialist are handling all upcoming Support Request / Integration Failures originated by systems or stakeholders within the different customer engagements. He/She is acting on a global scale for more than 25 customers across all industries with their customized Solutions, in terms of IT Landscape, Processes and Functionalities. He/She is responsible for adherence to the customer specific GXP compliance at all time. Supports is given across more than 15 different internal/external IT enablers across the complete Supply Chain Solution. Integrated Logistics Specialist are central point of contact for the different internal/external stakeholders involved in the different Customer Engagements, high level of communication skills are essential to this role. He/She is responsible to ensure that all Requests are handled within the agreed SLA and coordinate/ involve with 3rd Parties, such as 2nd or 3rd Level Support. He/She is independently working and solution finding in his/her approach, but fully supported by the IS Department.
Your Responsibilities
Support / user support - instant help with user requests
Checking, adjusting and refining error messages caused by missing and/or incorrect data sent from customers and third parties
Timely resolution of issues and root cause analysis of each issue
Bug reporting and follow up of fixes incl. testing
Support during UAT / SiT sessions in cooperation with IM-S
Problem fixing (depending on enabler)
Emergency response (handling of mission critical situations)
Providing data as for analysis, overviews, statistics, reports
Set up and maintenance of master data for related applications
Testing of new releases/new versions or customer related test in any applications in use
Knowledge transfer and management
Creating and conducting of training units and issuing of training material
Deploying template solutions in accordance to standard requirements
Deployment and improvement of IT processes
Full Ownership and central point for multiple customer setups from Support Perspective
Being responsible for continuous updating current process / knowledge for upcoming system / scope changes.
Ensure cross training through the Team to ensure Backup Scenarios
Handle Requests as per agreed SLAs
Generating knowledge repository of issues and resolutions for future references
Issuing of working instructions and other documentation for Business System support team
Adhere to, if applicable, the WHO GDP guidelines (Technical report series) and EU guidelines latest version.
Adhere to existing K + N Guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and Working Instructions following the business process mapping (BPM) structure.
If applicable: Compliance with the relevant GDP / GxP requirements, guidelines and quality standards for pharmaceutical customers.
Your Skills and Experiences
High Analytical Skills
Advanced knowledge of MS office
General knowledge and experience in the Logistics and IT
Understanding/Affinity of IT solutions and the implementation of IT solution
High level of organization and communication skills
High level of motivation, proactivity and self discipline
Leadership and ability to motivate others
Ability to manage and lead employees and processes
Regular communication with user from different countries
Ability to work on own initiative
Proficience in K+N respective processes and systems
Strong affinity with required customer quality standards
Structured process analysis and process documentation skills
SQL Knowledge preferable
