Job Description

Insight Global's client is looking for an IT SaaS Engineer to join their End User Engineering team. This person will work with team members to discover and document existing protocol and procedures, as well as develop automations and engineering-driven solutions focused on minimizing ticket escalations, reducing toil, and empowering our users. Our engineers are passionate about the design, vision and implementation of our applications.

 Collaborate with teammates and other teams to identify opportunities for automation and app modernization

 Create, scope and implement engineering enhancements to existing SaaS applications

 Audit existing SaaS applications according to documented frameworks

 Remediate SaaS applications in response to changing IT landscape

 Explore and understand the impacts of AI in various SaaS products

Skills and Requirements

3+ Years IT Engineer or Administrator Experience (5+ Preferred)

 Experience working with Rest APIs and creating automations

 Strong understanding of SCIM provisioning

 Working knowledge of source control

 Direct Experience with major SaaS Applications (Slack / Google Workspace Preferred)

 Experience with Python / Javascript / Typescript for scripting Any interest or professional experience with AI null
