Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in CARLE PLACE, New York. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for welcoming guests and providing an excellent first impression.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the event brite app to facilitate guest check-in

• Ensure guest registration process is carried out efficiently

• Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with guests

• Utilize updated mobile technology for guest registration

• Carry out other administrative tasks as assigned

• Exhibit strong communication skills while interacting with guests

• Handle any inquiries from guests promptly and professionally. Requirements • Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a similar role or customer service-related field.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

• Proficiency in using computer systems and office equipment.

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with clients and team members.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.

• Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
