Department:Office of EducationPre-Employment Screening:Education, IdentityJob Function:General Administration Position Description: Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide project management of the Dean for Education’s priorities which includes organizing and managing senior level teams, managing timelines, budgets and deliverables, and designing and implementing project logistics

  • Responsible for meeting management that entails preparation of agendas and meeting materials, drafting minutes, and coordinating follow-up action items with various offices and senior leaders

  • Serve as administrator for various committees such as Education Planning

  • Establish administrative processes and procedures

  • Perform research for various projects and prepare and analyze reports

  • Provide a wide range of support to the Dean for Education including preparing sensitive and high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations for School-wide distribution

  • Other duties as required

Responsibilities will include multi-faceted administrative tasks that involve many internal and external stakeholders to manage senior level meetings and events, develop and maintain administrative policies and procedures such as timelines and budgets, and manage projects on behalf of the Dean for Education that are high stakes, sensitive, and confidential.
