We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accounting Associate to join our dynamic team.

Job Description: As an Entry-Level Accounting Associate with a focus on data entry, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting department. 

Key Responsibilities:

-Entering financial transactions accurately and promptly -Maintaining and updating accounting records and files -Reconciling bank statements and financial discrepancies -Assisting with accounts payable and receivable -Preparing and processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents -Supporting the accounting team with various administrative tasks

Qualifications:

-Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices -Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and QuickBooks -Strong attention to detail and accuracy -Excellent organizational and time management skills -Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity -Willingness to learn and develop professionally
