Oracle SAAS Services Director - MEA region in CAIRO, Egypt

Job Description

What You will Do

  1. Team Leadership:

  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals.

  3. Set clear objectives and sales targets aligned with CSS MEA goals.

  4. Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure accountability.

  5. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

  6. Sales Strategy Development:

  7. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.

  8. Identify market opportunities and potential clients to expand market share.

  9. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.

  10. Customer Relationship Management

  11. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.

  12. Act as a point of escalation for customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution.

  13. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value.

  14. Strategic alignment with SaaS:

  15. Strategically align SaaS with CSS to position early on in the sales cycle.

  16. Enhance services attachment at Point of Sales (POS) to maximize revenue.

  17. Coordinate efforts to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer transformation needs.

  18. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  19. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Track sales performance metrics, pipeline, and forecasts.

  • Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales results and strategies.

  • Collaborate closely with internal Oracle stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers and partners.

  • Leverage partnerships to maximize outcomes and achieve mutual business objectives.

  2. Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on sales performance insights.

  3. Implement best practices and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  4. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Experience:

  • Sales Leadership: Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role within the enterprise SaaS environment, with a minimum of 15 years of experience.

  • Customer Success : Expertise in customer success management or comprehensive knowledge of customer lifecycle strategies.

  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of SaaS market dynamics, competitors, and emerging trends.

  • MEA Region Network: Established network facilitating effective relationship-building and potential business development.

  • Performance Management: Track record of achieving ambitious sales targets, monitoring metrics, and driving continuous improvement.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields. Master’s degree or sales management certifications preferred.
