Menzies Aviation Automated Passport Control Ambassador - Bilingual, English/Spanish, $15hr, F/T in BWI Airport, Maryland

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Location: Baltimore International Airport

  • Rate of Pay: $15.00 per hour

  • Schedule: 1:30pm - 9:00pm, must work weekends and holidays

  • Training: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 3:30pm

Planning, organizing, coordinating and directing the FIS activities and Agents to meet established service delivery, timelines and customer expectations.

Maintains effective relationships with customers. Ensures work standards and performance are compliant with Customer expectations.

Identifies, manages and utilizes needed resources in order to meet the operational goals and timely service.

Understands issues and opportunities for improvement, gathers necessary data and communicates with appropriate personnel to resolve issues.

Ensures Team Members successfully comply with all Company training requirements, investigates causes of accidents and recommends safety measures for preventing further occurrences, is able to meet the Station's attendance standards.

Other duties may be assigned.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills

  • Must possess a valid US Driver’s License or State ID + 1 other ID to obtain custom badge/seal (we can accept a US Birth Certificate or Social Security Card or US Passport or Permanent Resident Card)

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Computer proficient

  • Must be bilingual, Spanish and English
