Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring the highest level of service for our customers. Your expertise with power tools and schematics will be essential in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough automotive diagnostics to identify issues with vehicles.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Utilize power tools and equipment safely to execute repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Align wheels and adjust vehicle components as needed to ensure optimal performance.
• Interpret schematics to understand vehicle systems and troubleshoot problems effectively.
• Provide accurate auto estimating for repairs and parts required.
• Repair diesel engines as necessary, demonstrating specialized knowledge in diesel engine repair.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
• Actively maintain Certifications required for position

Experience

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic is preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive service processes and procedures.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and equipment.
• Experience with vehicle maintenance tasks across various makes and models.
• Knowledge of diesel engine repair is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
