Adecco is assisting Nestle in recruiting for Quality Technicians in Burlington, WI . This role requires strong people skills and a desire to learn and grow your career.

Both shifts operate on a 12 -hour rotating schedule.

Day Shift: 7am-7pm

Night Shift: 7pm-7am

Compensation starting at $25/hr

Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years manufacturing QA/QC and/or laboratory experience in food industry, preferred but will train the right candidate.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and make decisions quickly and independently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Raw material and packaging inspections

• Monitoring of in-process inspections and finished goods documentation review

• Performs a variety of standard testing and assays.

• Support training for line operators to ensure process checks are accurate and timely.

• Supports laboratory activities to ensure a high quality of products and services.

• Maintaining logs and data records associated with job function.

• Retain finished good samples and set up sensory panel daily.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
