The project is part of ADSTAR (Additional Statements Reporting), where various web-based applications are summarized, which collect data and information belonging to the Siemens companies.

This role offers a hybrid work setting and the flexibility to keep a balanced approach between the professional and personal life.

You will bring value in:

• Understanding the customer processes and implementing new requirements. Every external employee receives appropriate training;

• Visualization and documentation of the process landscape as a basis for process optimization;

• Creation and maintenance of customer-specific roadmaps;

• The generation of an architectural design tailored to Siemens framework conditions;

• Requirements management before and during the project;

• Review of business concepts along with the partners involved in the project;

• Creation of architectural concepts;

• Proactive development of innovative solutions;

• Solution designs in the overall context of the CF application landscape (focus on reuse, maintainability, performance and effects on processes and other applications);

• Evaluation of possible automation potentials in the architecture during customer consulting architecture reviews; offer expert advice on the elimination of architectural weaknesses in applications;

• Error / problem analysis regarding architecture; perform problem analysis during operation by using the know-how about the process mapping;

• Conducting customer workshops and presentations;

• Selection of suitable platforms and providers/service providers;

• Partial and / or full implementation of the proposed solution;

• Compliance with, and implementation of Siemens' safety guidelines (ISEC). These are handed over by the client.

Your qualifications:

• Very good experience in developing web applications in Java Web Applications;

• Good knowledge of Oracle databases;

• Expertise in Maven, Tomcat, Spring, Hibernate;

• Understanding of common web technologies;

• Results-oriented and quality-conscious and a structured and systematic approach to work;

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders;

• SAP technologies are considered a plus: SAP Hana, SAP NetWeaver 7.5;

• Good command of English (verbal and written), German language skills are considered a bonus.
