Manage domestic and international treasury activities, interest and debt management, foreign exchange, cash forecasting, and financial analysis.

What you will be doing

Participates in projects that will include our banks, financial partners, corporate departments, accounting centers, and domestic and international operations. Assists with banking/asset management relationships. Works with FP&A to support liquidity forecasting and liquidity controlling (Actuals vs Budgets, Deviation analysis, etc.). Supervises your direct report on all daily cash transactions (deposits, checks, wires, and payroll). Plans daily funding and dispositions. Manages account administration (own, JV, escrow). Manages Legal documentation of banking documents. Oversees daily investment of excess cash in US/Canada. Oversees daily cash reporting of balances and movements. Weekly cash report including analysis of cash position. Month end reporting to our parent company through FINEX (balances and cash flow) Manages and administer companywide-factoring program(s). Manages issuing letter(s) of credit; reconcile quarterly charges from the bank and record in JDE. Manages the debt sweep schedule with the accounting group. Manages bank treasury relationships in US and Canada. Maintains knowledge of Company's values and strategic plan. Performs additional assignments per management's direction.

What we are looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field required. 5+ years' experience in Corporate Treasury required. Strong attention to detail required. Process oriented and proven time management skills required. Advanced knowledge of federal regulations regarding Company financial practice and compliance. Able to set clear and consistent expectations over workload, deliverables and people management expectations. Able to communicate with senior leaders of the business. Able to identify development needs of direct reports and provide growth opportunities for education and career growth.
