Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented IT Analyst to join our Front Range Field Operations team. This is a critical position within a high-performing team, responsible for providing hands-on IT support to end users across various levels, including C-suite executives, Front Range retail locations, and Teams Meeting Rooms. Job Responsibilities

Follow and ensure that all users are following IT-related company procedures, guidelines and policies.
Perform tasks with integrity by always doing the right thing.
Serve Others:
Provide expert-level, hands-on IT support to end users, including C-suite executives, ensuring that their technology requirements are addressed efficiently and effectively.
Perform re-imaging and deployment of laptops and PCs for both onsite and remote users, including new hires.
Offer advanced troubleshooting and resolution for software, hardware, and network-related issues at Front Range retail locations. Using the ticket management system to manage total work flow for support tickets in alignment with company metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Manage and support Teams Meeting Rooms, ensuring optimal functionality for meetings, video conferences, and virtual collaboration.
Serve as a primary on-site IT contact for field operations, resolving technical issues in real time.
Facilitate communication between various stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical challenges.
Drive Value for the Company:
Participate in cross-functional training, actively engaging with the Endpoint team to expand knowledge of technologies such as SSCM, MDM, and Citrix with a focus on continuous improvement
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and SOP’s.
Configure, track, maintain and properly dispose of IT-approved technology, including workstations, point of sale systems, hand-held devices, peripherals, etc.
Suggest and implement new ideas and tactics for improving user support and the guest experience.
Mentor and share job knowledge/skills with co-workers

Job Requirements:
100% onsite position; candidate must be able to work at the Broomfield, CO location.
Professional, enthusiastic, and personable demeanor with a strong focus on delivering solutions and resolving issues.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise IT support needs, particularly in network systems, infrastructure, and related technologies.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including IT teams, management, and other departments.
Physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods, as well as lift light equipment (assistance available when required).
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays during peak or in-season periods.
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) preferred.
A valid US driver’s license is required for occasional travel between locations, if necessary.
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $60,405 - $79,387. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Vail Resorts offers a ‘Hybrid’ work environment for Broomfield-based roles where employees must live within 50 miles of the Broomfield office and work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and have flexibility to work off-site on Mondays and Fridays.
