Description

• Responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term customers by understanding customer inquires and building strong relationships

• Answer inbound inquires via phone and email from customers

• Enter in customer orders, respond to customer needs and questions

• Deescalate customer issues and inform management of ongoing customer concerns when necessary

• Provide accurate price quotes, shipping availability, order changes, etc. to customers

• Provide outstanding customer service with high sense or urgency

• Work with internal sales and warehouse teams to answer customer questions

• 2+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing CSR, call center, order entry, retail management)

• OR B.A. Degree and 6+ months of customer service exp

• Sales support or order entry experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
