Hiring a Corporate Recruiter

Job Description

Work in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment, focusing on recruiting drivers and warehouse staff. Handle high turnover rates and employ creative approaches to large-scale recruitment. Responsibilities include managing 2-3 corporate recruiting requisitions, targeting junior to mid-level management roles, and requiring a background in manufacturing or distribution. Operate as an independent contributor who can hit the ground running, manage assigned requisitions, and communicate effectively with hiring managers and leadership.
