Position Summary: | Reporting to the Program Director, the Associate Director provides discipline-specific expertise and is actively engaged in an array of department initiatives. The Associate Director supports university, school, and department goals; faculty and student success; rigorous; compliance with accreditation and licensure; and raising the visibility of the program and the school. The Associate Director provides professional and academic leadership and supports the Program Director in day-to-day operations. Serving as an educator and mentor, the Associate Director creates an educational environment that fosters innovation, responsiveness, and accountability; actively and substantively participates in the assessment of student learning to meet prescribed outcomes; and vigorously upholds a culture of professionalism and academic integrity. |
