The R&D Instrument Portfolio Lead for Radiometer is responsible strategic project execution and external R&D partnerships.

This position is part of the R&D Instrument Department located in Copenhagen and will be hybrid role At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the R&D Instrument Department and report to the Senior Director R&D Instrument responsible for new product development to sustaining engineering for all of Radiometer Instruments.

As a R&D Instrument Portfolio Lead you will be responsible for driving strategic projects, external partnerships, and supporting critical decision-making with our Senior Leaders and governance boards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving and coordinating a range of activities and updates towards senior management, engaging with their teams across Radiometer Globally.

  • Driving cross-functional strategic projects and deliverables and supporting communication.

  • Driving preparations for governance and senior management meetings and ensuring timely follow-up on actions with the line organization.

    This position will give you the chance to work on a broad range of issues, often with challenging deadlines. It requires flexibility as activities are often ad hoc and given on short notice.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • A master’s degree in business, administration, project management, or other relevant fields.

  • Experience from external partnerships and working with cross-functional project management within healthcare.

  • Strong analytical, structured, and process-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with an excellent command of written and spoken English.

  • Flexibility and the ability to work independently and in teams, taking responsibility for your own tasks.

  • A professional mindset and a desire to take initiative.

  • As a person you are innovative, customer-focused, and adept at uniting colleagues and diverse viewpoints to address challenges and projects. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to articulate complex concepts clearly and understandably. You are at ease engaging with stakeholders across various organizational levels and departments.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Proven track record of project and portfolio management

  • Experience with external partnerships
