Job Description:

The Resourcing Specialist is an integral part of the Customer Success team, responsible for efficient resource management and project coordination. This role requires an understanding of NetSuite's methodologies and involves close collaboration with various internal teams. This position is within a small team and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of NetSuite's customer projects through efficient resource management and coordination.

  • Source suitable resources for project teams from an internal pool of resources ensuring they have the right skills and availability.

  • Work with resources to ensure their forecast of availability is updated.

  • Ensure that work is fairly distributed to optimize staff utilization and minimize resource gaps.

  • Facilitate team onboarding processes, providing new resources with best practice information.

  • Monitor project teams' performance and ensure feedback to Line Managers to ensure that any staffing-related issues or conflicts are addressed.

  • There will be plenty of opportunity to learn new systems.

Travel:

No travel required but the job is hybrid and there is an expectation that you will be in an office two days per week (minimum)

The office is in Brno for Czech Republic candidates.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, IT, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources, preferably in project management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus

  • Understanding of ERP business practices.

  • Excellent multitasking and communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Ability to work in a diverse, matrixed organization with a positive attitude.

  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills, with attention to detail.

  • Prioritization and time management abilities.

  • A proactive, creative and results-driven mindset.

  • Team player with a collaborative work ethic.

  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and open to feedback

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project demands and a willingness to learn and implement new staffing strategies.

Career Level - IC2

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Customer Success Practice Management.

  • Daily/Weekly documentation for management as needed

  • Create, manage and keep up to date various matrix and other types of system reports

  • Other related duties that may include the following:

  • Forecast reports for staffing

  • Management of internal collateral such as CVs, Skills database etc

  • Maintaining job fields

  • Supporting adhoc internal initiatives

  • Sickness cover staffing
