With my PM colleagues we are looking for Product Manager for Manufacturing part of our amazing cloud-based ERP system.

Do you have good grasp for understanding customer needs, active listening, have some insights into development processes?

Our team is responsible for delivering features for Manufacturing Customers of our ERP system. In your system everything is connected so our customers can leveraging Suite. Thanks to that, you will also have an opportunity to peek outside boundaries of Manufacturing. For example, Supply planning, Procurement, Sales, Costing, Inventory Management and much more.

…but our daily bread is crafting features, that will ease life for our Manufacturers.

• How to best define and plan production (Resources, Raw Materials, Steps, etc.).

• Once we have everything defined, system need to schedule production.

• When the time comes to execution, we need track everything properly.

• Since we are Suite everything needs to be properly accounted - costs, inventory, so other parts of system can rely on our data.

Best thing is, that you can easily imagine all of our work in real world!

What will be your responsibilities?

• Represent the voice of our customers within our team of Developers, QAs, Designers, other PMs.

• Will be doing decisions based on data, research and discovery.

• Also doing a tough decisions - we can’t satisfy every requirement and you need to prioritize and explain.

• Prepare specifications for our development team, so they can implement what you have in mind.

• Providing inputs and feedback for Product Roadmap, Strategy and Backlog.

• Active communication with other teams, we don’t work in silos, we are suite that needs to work as a one organism.

• You can identify real need behind the customer ask

• You are Team player, cause one of the most important things in our team are great relationships

• You are not afraid of failures and take them as opportunities to grow

• You are proactive rather than reactive - there will be a lot of tasks that would need to be pushed

• You are self-organized person

• You will be communicating with others on daily basis so don’t be afraid of communication

• You have solid English (it is our company language)

• You have College degree, ideally in computer science or related technical degree
