The Opportunity
We are looking to recruit an Associate Director (ESG Consultancy) to be based within Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. Responsible for developing comprehensive ESG strategies for our clients, ensuring alignment with regulatory and disclosure requirements.
A results-orientated and collaborative individual you will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of environmental, social and governance issues as well as strong leadership and client management skills.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Lead the development and execution of ESG strategies for clients across the real estate sector
Provide strategic direction on ESG matters
Oversee the preparation of ESG reports, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
Advise clients on regulatory requirements and help them navigate the evolving ESG landscape
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ESG consulting space
As the successful candidate you will have:
Extensive experience in ESG consulting, or sustainability related field
Experienced with sustainability reporting
Business development capabilities - property experience beneficial
Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting requirements
Strong communication and client management skills
