Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Stamping Maintenance Technician to join our client team's in Howell, Mi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing high-speed stamping equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency and machine reliability. This is a full-time role on first shift with competitive pay and opportunities for growth based on experience! 

Schedule: 1st shift 

Compensation based on experience: $25+

Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and repair tasks on high-speed Minister presses up to 150 tons, Maintain and troubleshoot Waterbury and U.S. Baird Transfer presses across 12 operations.

Responsibilities: Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and increase machine efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues with press equipment. Ensure all equipment meets operational and safety standards. Collaborate with production teams to minimize machine downtime and ensure seamless operations. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Qualifications: - Previous experience in stamping or press maintenance requires a minimum of 2 years' experience. - Proficiency with high-speed presses and transfer presses is highly preferred. - Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with experience in hydraulics and pneumatics. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams. - Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards. - Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
