Job Title: Requesting 4 Landscape Laborers for work period of 03/20/2025 to 11/30/2025. Job Duties: Mowing, weed trimming, and raking or clean-up of leaves with blowers. Also, installation, pruning, and trimming of plants, trees, and shrubs. Placing and tilling dirt, mulch, compost, and sod. General landscape labor using landscape equipment for landscape installation and maintenance. Loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Lifting required up to 50 pounds. Work performed on local area jobsites with employer provided transportation to and from the jobsites from a centralized pickup location in the specified area of employment.................................... Anticipated days & Hours of work per week: Mon -Sat, 8am to 5pm, 48 hours per week. Employer paid pre-hire drug testing. Basic wages $13.80 - $20.00 per hour, Overtime wage rate $20.70 to $30.00 per hour. 1 hr. for lunch. Some O.T. may be available but not guaranteed. Wage w/in wage range based on experience & performance..... Optional pay advances up to $40.00 a day, as needed, against pay for the first 2 weeks. The employer will assist workers in securing housing, rent will be approximately $500.00 a month to be deducted from pay.
