Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for a premier healthcare company in the Nashville area. You will participate in stand-up meetings three times a week to present your current projects and their progress. Working within a Microsoft-centric environment, you will support the team by managing a shared inbox, handling user requests, stakeholder questions, and access requests with a 24-48 hour turnaround time. Your project work will involve gathering requirements, collaborating on ongoing projects, and building Power BI reports from the ground up to deliverables. You will also conduct quality assurance on your reports with a pilot group and present your findings. Additionally, you will engage in professional development topics and participate in biweekly one-on-one meetings.

Skills and Requirements

3-5 years experience in data analytics

Experience gathering requirements and reporting on technical topics with non-technical business leaders

Experience using Power BI and SQL to bring data in from multiple sources

Some familiarity with DAX and advanced Excel formulas

Independent & continual learner

Bachelors or Boot Camp Education VBA Macros, Knime, Alteryx, Python experience

Power Automate experience null
