Dein Beitrag

• Monatliche Kontrolle und Koordination der Abrechnungsergebnisse für Deutschland

• Unterstützung des Teams bei technisch relevanten Einstellungen in z.B. Service Now

• Verantwortung für die Kommunikation mit ADP und das Management von Service Requests

• Bereitstellung von Informationen für relevante Stakeholder gemäß den Betriebsvereinbarungen

• Führung eines 5-köpfigen Teams in den täglichen Arbeitsprozessen der Lohnsachbearbeiter

• Weiterführung des Aufbaus einer Wissensdatenbank für das deutsche Payroll-Team

• Aufbereitung und Bereitstellung von abrechnungsrelevanten Daten für lokale Behörden wie Integrationsamt, Statistisches Bundesamt

• Unterstützung bei SOX-Kontrollen sowie internen und externen Audits

Was du mitbringst

• Abgeschlossene einschlägige kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbar

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position und einem ähnlichen Verantwortungsbereich

• Abrechnungsrelevante Kenntnisse der rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen

• Erfahrung als Teamleiter

• Fließendes Deutsch, verhandlungssicheres Englisch

• Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
