Introduction

We are looking for Application Tester to work on the complex projects. As a member of a skilled team, you will assist with the development

and delivery of various Software Testing projects and resources. Working with the latest software and leading-edge development tools will give you

Your role and responsibilities

· Defining test cases based on product specifications

· Working closely with development and business analysis teams to understand requirements

· Performing test cases and documenting test results

· Reporting identified bugs accurately in bug tracking tools like JIRA, RTC

· Performing analysis of defects reported by the customer or internally and verifying the desired functionality with the documentation

· Performing test effort estimates for new functionality to be implemented

· Presenting the work outcome within the team as well as to the customer

· Providing technical guidance to the team, participating on making decisions related to tools, technologies, and methodologies

· Conducting work outcome reviews and mentoring junior team members

· Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the testing process and implementing improvements, leveraging Agile and DevOps principles

Required technical and professional expertise

Key Requirements:

· At least 5 years of hands-on experience in testing

· Deep understanding of software testing principles

· Understanding and capability to perform API testing

· The ability to analyze problems, identify their root causes, and develop effective solutions

· Experience with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner for load and stress testing

· Knowledge of relational databases and SQL

· English language (B2)

· German language (B2)

Test Tools, Test Frameworks and Test Practices:

· Project / Test Management tools like JIRA, RTC

· Performance testing like: JMeter, LoadRunner

· API Testing - SoapUI

· Experience with Agile is an advantage

· Experience with Test Automation is an advantage

Soft Skills:

· Guiding and motivating team members

· Effectively communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences

· Working closely with cross-functional teams

· Sharing knowledge and expertise with junior team members, helping them grow and succeed

· Agility in adapting to new technologies, tools, or methodologies as needed

Preferred technical and professional experience

· ISTQB Certificate Advanced level

· Cross-Browser Compatibility Testing
