We are excited to announce an amazing opportunity for a Client Services Representative !

This is a hybrid role based in Bratislava.

The main objective of this role is to take responsibility for the quality of the service delivered to clients, ensuring maximum value from products and services. This involves communication with clients and answering client queries, collaborating with production to get the data in client-desired formats. In this role you will also, with the guidance of your manager, control the report generation process and provide support to clients on specific products and services.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage communication with the client to ensure fulfillment of the service and client satisfaction

• Review client data requirements to ensure that product deliverables meet the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality

• Research, analyze and respond to client inquiries in a polite manner

• Act as a point of contact between clients, production and sales teams

• Provide support to the team for client service meetings at customer sites

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Req

• 1-2 years business to business work related experience

• Good knowledge of both Slovak and English language

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization (both written and verbal)

• Demonstrable problem solving, analytical and strong customer service skills

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical experience highly desirable
