Job Description:

What you will be doing:

The Software Architect will lead the design and development of software products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of software architecture, product development, and cloud environments. The Software Architect will work closely with developers, DevOps, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Architecture and Design:

  • Develop and design software architecture diagrams to communicate clear requirements to stakeholders and developers.

  • Ensure accurate communication of requirements to software developers.

  • Product Development:

  • Own the planning, designing, documenting, and development of software products and services.

  • Perform acceptance testing and deliver products in increments.

  • Ensure the overall security of products and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with developers to clarify requirements.

  • Collaborate with DevOps to ensure end-to-end delivery of products and services.

Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical developers.

  • Document requirements clearly using standard tools such as UML and flowcharts.

  • Write pseudo code when needed.

Technical Expertise:

  • Be highly familiar and confident with JavaScript, Node.js, Java, and AWS/Azure cloud.

  • Have an excellent understanding of API gateways, designing APIs, and ensuring their security and authentication.

Agile and Scrum:

  • Follow Agile and Scrum methodologies as practiced by the team.

Team Leadership:

  • Be a team player and inspire the team to work together and achieve targets.

Support:

  • Deliver production debugging and troubleshooting to maintain service stability.

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software architecture and product development.

  • Proven experience with JavaScript, Node.js, Java, and AWS/Azure cloud environments.

  • Expertise in developing software architecture diagrams and clear communication of requirements.

  • Strong product development skills including planning, designing, documenting, and testing.

  • Excellent communication skills, both social and technical.

  • Proficiency in documenting requirements using UML, flowcharts, and writing pseudo code.

  • Deep understanding of API gateways, designing APIs, and ensuring security and authentication.

  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with developers and DevOps teams.

  • Leadership skills to inspire and lead a team.
