The Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder is hiring a Post Doctoral Research Associate, Business and Sustainability position for Fall 2025. This will be a 2-year appointment. This position is a part of the Leeds School Research Initiative for Global Business and Citizen Well-Being. What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
As a Postdoctoral Fellow, you will:
Work in residence at Leeds, collaborating closely with Center faculty (https://www.colorado.edu/business/CESR/cesr-people/cesr-faculty-affiliates) and PhD students on research projects.
Advance the publication of this research while preparing to apply for faculty positions in business or economics disciplines.
Actively participate in research seminars at Leeds and contribute to the research mission of the School, CESR, (https://www.colorado.edu/business/CESR/cesr-people/cesr-faculty-affiliates) and the Initiative.
(Optional) Teach courses, depending on qualifications and interest.

What We Can Offer
This is a two-year contract. (Extension of the contract to a third year is possible by mutual agreement in year 2.)
The salary for this 100% appointment is $95,400 with full retirement and health insurance benefits. Additional benefits include an annual $5,000 allowance for research related expenses and travel, a single standard computer, IT support, and access to standard databases such as those through Wharton Research Data Services (WRDS), and up to $2K in relocation moving expenses.

What We Require
- To be eligible, candidates must complete their PhD. by July prior to starting the fellowship and must be able to be in residence at the University of Colorado by August of 2025.

- The strongest candidates will be those whose research interests align closely with Leeds faculty and where the postdoc and faculty member can foresee developing joint research relating to themes of the Leeds School Research Initiative for Global Business and Citizen Well-Being.
