We are seeking a talented Automated Integration & Test Engineer with experience in Department of Defense (DoD) projects, Python, JavaScript, and Jira. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.

Position location is on-site in Boulder, CO 5 days per week.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Design and develop fully-automated functional and performance tests at deployed sub-system and system levels

• Advance the team's pursuit of higher quality and faster deployment into integrated environments within a DevOps and CI/CD construct

• Evaluate and integrate new system features

• Participate in team and program Agile ceremonies

Required Skills & Experience

• Clearance Required: Secret. This position requires the ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance. Interim or Active DOD Secret clearance or higher is preferred. Due to the clearance requirement, U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidate also must agree to participate in a background screen.

• 2+ years of experience with software integration, integration testing and debugging.

• BS or advanced degree in Computer Science or similar relevant field; advanced degrees may be substitute for 2 years of experience.

• Experience with Python (application and/or automated test experience).

• Strong desire to use CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile development tools and methodologies.

• Experience with test methodologies, test/behavior driven development.

• Detail-oriented

• Excellent communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with satellite ground system processing, including planning and scheduling, ground control, data processing, and command and control domains

• Experience with automated requirements testing and sell-off

• Experience with automated test frameworks such as Cucumber

• Experience with UI automation such as Cypress, Playwright/Puppeteer, Selenium

• Experience with micro-service architectures and highly available systems

• Experience with Agile development tools and methodologies

• Experience with team productivity tools such as JIRA and Confluence, GitLab, or Microsoft equivalents (Azure DevOps, etc.)

• Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or Jenkins

• Experience with orchestration, provisioning, and containers, specifically Docker and Kubernetes

• Exposure to Java, JavaScript, Typescript, C++, Python

The proposed salary for this position is:

$103,200—$172,000 USD
