Service Renewals Representative II, Canada

The Service Renewals Representative II is responsible for all activities involving, but not limited to, the creation of reports that are utilized to plan and execute contact with existing customers in an effort to directly sell service agreements. The Service Renewals Representative II is required to have excellent technical, analytical, interpersonal, verbal, organizational and communication skills. They also need to acquire enough technical knowledge about our products to answers questions typically generated by customers during the service renewal process. They need to act in a professional and courteous manner with the overall goal of maximizing customer satisfaction. The Service Renewals Representative II is also responsible for managing the information shared between the CRM and ERP databases. This shared information (not limited to serialized installed product records, warranty, service contracts, etc.) is integral to the support of the customers. The Service Renewals Representative II may also be asked to generate reports, provide training and direct other employees in the management of these databases.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties:

Note: The following are meant to be representative but not necessarily all inclusive of the duties and responsibilities for this position title.

• Responsible for direct sales of Service Agreements to existing customer base.

• Forwarding any new product leads to Responsible Sales Representative.

• Identifying any issues at the customer site that require escalation or reporting (such as a `product complaint) and ensuring correct team/departments are notified.

• Coordinate and work closely with other teams and departments.

• Utilize ERP and CRM reports in daily service renewal functions which also includes maintaining an accurate installed product, warranty and contract base

• Entry of service renewal orders into CRM and/or ERP system; including payment, etc., as necessary

• Maintain Salesforce.com database- contacts, factory warranty, service agreement, installed product status, etc.

• Reports on activities in a timely and appropriate fashion

• Acquire technical knowledge to detail products and answers questions typically generated by customers, trade shows, direct mail, publications, Web, and press releases leads.

• Stay up to date on and follows all procedures related to this job which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers.

• Identify and execute continuous process improvement objectives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of inside sales processes.

• Demonstrates strong communication, probing and questioning skills. Exemplifies data gathering, organizational, and dissemination of information in a consistent and timely manner.

• Perform special functions/projects as directed by Manager

Experience, Education, Training, Traits:

• Bachelor’s degree required with three years office-based experience in a customer support role, preferably with a medical device company with capital and consumable equipment

• Exceptional customer communication and customer care skills

• Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with field sales staff, product managers, potential and current customers

• Ability to self-motivate, work independently

• Quick, high productivity contributor

• Excellent technical, analytical, interpersonal, verbal, organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work with and support employees of different backgrounds and experience levels

• Ability to quickly grasp and embrace new business and transactional processes and procedures

• Ability to draw upon experience and limited information in order to come to logical conclusions and sound judgments

• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, etc.

• Salesforce.com experience highly desirable

Language and Verbal Skills:

Individual must be fluent in the English and French languages as the position will support Customers where English and/or French is their primary language. They must also have good verbal skills and must demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and professionally in all modes of communication, including written/electronic.

Math Skills:

Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Analytical and Reading Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and assist in the creation and refinement of company procedures. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and report on findings.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to perform lifting tasks of up to 10 pounds for short durations. Duties of this job may involve standing and/or walking for extended periods of time. Duties also involve daily keyboard data entry. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Work Environment:

Most work will be performed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

As required by law, Bausch Health provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in the US. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For this role, the range of starting pay for this role is $48-$72k.
