Our client is an innovative robotics company dedicated to revolutionizing the industry with intelligent warehouse automation solutions. As they continue to expand, they're seeking seasoned Principal Manufacturing Engineers to join their team.

As a Principal Manufacturing Engineer on the team, you will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes for their advanced robotic systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in New Product Introduction (NPI), robotics integration, and high-volume manufacturing. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various manufacturing technologies and a proven track record of leading complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in manufacturing engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the robotics or automation industry.

• Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of manufacturing technologies, including Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and robotics integration.

• Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects, from conception through implementation, on time and within budget.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with a track record of developing innovative solutions to manufacturing challenges.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
