Scheduled Weekly Hours:40 What You\'ll Do: Provide physical therapy and patient care invarious settings, including our outpatient clinic, acute hospital inpatient, and post-acute swing bed unit, with opportunity to expand into outreach services including home health and school settings. Work with patients and families to examine, evaluate, diagnose, prognose, and treatto ensure optimal outcomes. Educate patients, caregivers, and family members as needed. Collaborate with the referring providersand multidisciplinary teamsin providing optimal patient care through appropriate and timely methods of communication. What\'s Available: Fulltime, 80 hours bi-weekly (1.0 FTE). Days; Mondays - Fridays with weekend on-call rotation. What You\'ll Need: Bachelor\'s degree, or higher, in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved curriculum in Physical Therapy State of Wisconsin Physical Therapist License Current Infant-Adult BLS for Health Care Providers from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
