What you will do

The NA sourcing talent acquisition Sr. Analyst is responsible for developing sources of qualified applicants, reviewing and evaluating applications, conducting interviews, and informing applicants about job duties and Company policies. You will also lead recruitment and selection projects, recommend changes to the process, and ensure compliance with local government regulations. Additionally, you will proactively source leads utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques and resources:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the NA region.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide creative solutions to fill open positions.

  • Utilize social media and other creative platforms to build a strong employer brand and attract top talent.

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and provide recommendations to hiring managers.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the talent acquisition process.

  • Partner with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract and retain highly qualified candidates

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to determine qualifications for employment

  • Provide ongoing consulting value to clients by staying current on industry trends and developments

  • Lead recruitment and selection projects and recommend changes to increase attraction and retention of highly qualified applicants

  • Ensure compliance with local government regulations by administering employment practices within standard operating procedures

  • Promote global diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and constantly look for self and process improvement opportunities

  • Use multiple capabilities including digital talent development, innovative technology, data, research, and analytical insights to drive the company’s talent attraction strategy and directly build talent pipelines

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting top talent.

  • 4-6 years of related experience in recruiting diverse individuals

  • Proven track record of developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies.

  • Experience in creating talent pipelines for varying functions and levels through multiple channels

  • Proficiency in the use of social media use (i.e., LinkedIn/job boards etc.) and software like MS Word, Outlook and Excel is required; experience with Taleo or a similar applicant tracking system and with a talent relationship management system.

  • Fluent English level.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

  • Knowledge of ground-breaking technologies that impact the recruiting industry and their implications in the business and talent landscape

  • Extraordinary communication (both written and verbal) and influencing skills

  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work competently both individually and as a team member

  • Possess excellent assessment and interviewing skills and strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments and processes is preferred

  • Experience utilizing metrics regularly to assess and maintain performance is preferred
