How you´ll make an impact

• Provide expert level education on all aspects within the Critical Care portfolio device handling, techniques related to CC equipment, software, tools and products required for clinical use including but not limited to intraoperative case coverage and coordinating one-on-one ad hoc training sessions and in-service structured education programs in the ICU, OR, and other acute care areas (e.g. emergency department);

• Interact with KOL and proctors;

• Provide physicians and medical staff with clinical instructions to ensure continuity of education and technical support related to all aspects of patient outcome throughout continuum of care and propose action plan for smooth execution

• Develop and continuously improve training curriculum, training materials and training tools, based on clinical trial experience;

• Advocate with clinicians to uncover other opportunities to expand the use for all CC products;

• Business Intelligence;

• Throughout commercial procedures, provide physicians and medical staff with required follow-up support to ensure continuity of education and technical support related to all aspects of patient outcome.

• Provide training and guidance to new Field Clinical Specialists;

• Plan and implement growth strategies within focused accounts in partnership with the Sales and Sales Management;

• Responsible for upselling in key strategic accounts working in conjunction with Business Managers

• Validate software and hardware updates in the field;

• Learns the product(s), physiology, anatomy, applications and “language” of the market;

• Fully monitor clinical support activities, changes in the market and assigned accounts, as well as, competitive activity with the NSM and the appropriate Sales Specialist.

What you will need

• 5 years of previous knowledge related medical device and/or clinical knowledge

• Required Bachelor's Degree in Medicine, Nursing or related

• Field Training knowledge in clinical / technical environment preferred

• Language: Fluency in Spanish obligatory

What else will help you

  • Preferable previous experience in Distribution channel;

• Preferable previous experience in OR and ICU;

• Proven expertise in MS Office Suite and ability to operate general office machinery;

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Full understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology

• Full understanding of medical device regulatory requirements and documents, device accountability and adverse events reporting

• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

• Strict attention to detail

• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment

• Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and key contact representing the organization on contracts or projects

• Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations

• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
