We're looking for a Learning & Development Manager to help us design, implement, and refine learning programs that don't just check the box but actually move the needle on performance, engagement, and retention. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: You'll be the mastermind behind programs that develop our people, making sure they have the skills, tools, and resources to thrive. Here's how you'll do it: Program Development & Implementation o Build from the ground up-Conduct needs analyses, design learning frameworks, manage pilots, and roll out full-scale programs that drive results. o Keep it fresh-Continuously evaluate programs to ensure they're engaging, effective, and evolving with the needs of the business. Tools & Resources Creation o Work with business leaders and subject matter experts to design learning experiences that actually work-think hands-on content, blended learning approaches, and scalable solutions. o Develop materials, job aids, and e-learning content that's engaging, effective, and built to last. Enterprise Learning Delivery o Coordinate and facilitate learning sessions across multiple formats-live workshops, eLearning, video, mobile, and more. o Lead key programs, including New Employee Onboarding, New Supervisor Training, DISC workshops, and other high-impact initiatives. o Support and facilitate team interventions when needed, helping teams align and grow together. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement o Measure what matters-track program effectiveness and use feedback to refine and improve our learning offerings. o Work closely with stakeholders and learners to keep learning relevant, timely, and effective. Enterprise-Wide HR& Training Support o Work cross-functionally with business and technical practice leaders to identify, design, and support opportunities and programs that can directly benefit from leveraging adult-learning principles and approaches. o Partner with HRBPs and leadership teams to support company-wide HR initiatives, including performance management, talent reviews, employee engagement surveys, and more. o Be a trusted partner in rolling out new initiatives-ensuring they land smoothly and make an impact. o You stay up to speed on the latest learning tools, technologies, and methodologies, always looking for innovative ways to enhance learning experiences-plus, you embody the very principles of L&D yourself, continuously growing, adapting, and modeling a learning mindset for others. REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES: Deep expertise in adult learning-you know what works and how to make learning stick. Experience designing and delivering high-impact learning programs that drive real business results. Strong facilitation skills-you're comfortable leading a room and keeping learners engaged. The ability to translate business needs into effective learning solutions. A collaborative mindset-great learning programs don't happen in a vacuum. You thrive on cross-functional teamwork. Experience leveraging technology and blended learning to maximize impact. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education College degree or equivalent, some graduate-level education preferred Experience and/or Training Three to five years related experience Technology/Equipment Microsoft Office, Previous LMS experience TRAVEVL REQUIREMENTS: Position requires offsite travel (locally and throughout United States), typically 5-8% annually.
